About the project
Why it exists
DropUI is built so anyone on a team can prepare a campaign without writing code or first learning a complex marketing platform. Users arrange content visually, adapt it for desktop, tablet, and mobile, choose the audience, timing, and frequency, check the preview, and publish the result. The platform brings together popups, bars, embeds, feeds, WhatsApp, and web push, with email and SMS currently in development.
What I worked on
I built the campaign editor from the ground up in React and continue to develop it. My work includes drag-and-drop composition, multi-screen campaigns, separate desktop, tablet, and mobile variants, an extensive element library, templates, audience and display rules, triggers, scheduling, previews, autosave, persistent undo and redo history, and generation of the standalone script that runs on a customer's store. I also develop AI-assisted campaign creation and editing, plus the email mode with HTML export. I contributed to the Django backend as well, mainly where the builder connects with the rest of the platform.
Where it stands
Someone with no technical background can start from a template or describe a campaign to the AI assistant, arrange it visually, check every responsive version, decide who should see it and when, then publish without assembling HTML, CSS, or JavaScript by hand. The editor is a central part of a wider platform that covers campaign creation, delivery, and reporting across channels.
