The app stores locally on your device:

• Workout sessions (exercises, sets, reps, weight, duration)
• Workout templates and training plans
• Personal records
• App settings (weight unit, rest timer, weekly goal)

Optionally, with your consent:

• Apple HealthKit data (workout sessions)
• Data synchronization via iCloud (across your devices)

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Log and display your workout history
• Track personal records and exercise progression
• Display weekly activity, streaks, and statistics
• Provide workout templates and training plan rotation

We do not sell, share, or transmit your personal data to third parties.

If you enable Apple Health integration:

• We write: completed workout sessions to Apple Health
• We read: workout data for activity display

HealthKit data is not used for advertising or shared with third parties. HealthKit access can be revoked at any time in System Settings.

If you enable iCloud synchronization:

• Workout data is stored in your private iCloud container
• Only you have access to this data
• Synchronization happens automatically across your Apple devices

In-app purchases are handled by the Apple App Store. We do not have access to your payment information. Transaction information is stored by Apple in accordance with their privacy policy.

All data is stored locally on your device or in your private iCloud container. We do not operate any servers or databases that store your data.

You can delete all data at any time:

• By deleting the app from your device
