Privacy Policy

The App stores the following data locally on your device:

• Workout sessions (exercises, sets, repetitions, weight, duration)
• Workout templates and training plans
• Personal records
• App settings (weight unit, rest timer, weekly goal)

The following optional features use additional data or services only with your permission:

• Apple HealthKit data (workout sessions)
• Data synchronization via iCloud across your devices

The App uses this data to:

• Log and display your workout history
• Track personal records and exercise progression
• Display weekly activity, streaks, and statistics
• Provide workout templates and training plan rotation

I do not sell your personal data or use it for advertising. Information leaves your device only when you enable an optional Apple Health or iCloud feature described below.

When Apple Health integration is enabled, the App:

• Writes completed workout sessions to Apple Health
• Reads workout data to display your activity

HealthKit data is not used for advertising or shared with third parties. You can revoke HealthKit access at any time in System Settings.

When iCloud synchronization is enabled:

• Workout data is stored in your private iCloud container
• Only you have access to this data
• Synchronization happens automatically across your Apple devices

In-app purchases are handled by the Apple App Store. I do not have access to your payment information. Apple stores transaction information in accordance with its privacy policy.

All data is stored locally on your device or in your private iCloud container. I do not operate any servers or databases that store your data.

You can delete all data at any time:

• By deleting the app from your device
