About the project
Why it exists
P88-HR gives employees direct access to work calendars, payslips, PIT documents, leave requests, and HR messaging. The same system gives supervisors and administrators the tools to review requests, arrange cover, manage permissions, and close periods once the data is final.
What I worked on
I work across the React and TypeScript frontend and the ASP.NET Core and SQL Server backend. I built monthly and yearly calendars with iCalendar export, leave requests and vacation plans, payslips, PIT documents, messaging, permission groups, supervisor assignments, and delegated workflows. I also added WebSocket updates, an SMS and email notification queue with delivery tracking and retries, two-factor authentication, and a demo mode backed by a mocked API.
Where it stands
P88-HR runs on the customer's own infrastructure and combines employee self-service with tools for supervisors and administrators. A leave request stays in one application from submission and approval to the employee notification and calendar update.
